Debit Card
ONE AMERICAN BANK offers a Visa Debit Card which can be used to make purchases anywhere VISA is accepted. You can, also, use your ONE AMERICAN BANK Visa Debit Card to get cash from ATMs. We offer additional features to help secure your card. See below.
ATM Locator:
Temporarily enable and disable your debit card.
Here's how:- Log in to Online Banking, or open our Mobile Banking app
- From the Main Menu
- Go to Documents & Settings
- Click on "Manage Cards"
- Click Turn Card Off (you will notice your card status now states Off)
- To Turn the Card On, repeat this process
- If you notice suspicious activity turn your card off and contact us to alert us and cancel the card immediately.
- If cancelled, we’ll re-issue a new Debit Card as soon as possible.
Setup transaction alerts on your debit card.
Here’s how:- Log in to Online Banking, or open our Mobile Banking app
- From the Main Menu
- Go to Connect with Us, then choose "Messages"
- Choose “Submit a Form”
- Select Card Alerts
- Enter the required information
- Review Terms of Use and Submit

Fraud
Card Sentry Fraud Detection Program
Our FREE Card Sentry fraud detection program is offered to all customers who have Visa® debit cards. With this program, fraud analysts review card activity and take appropriate action based on the severity of the alert.
A representative will contact cardholders on behalf of ONE AMERICAN BANK if there is suspicious activity. When calling you, they will validate your identity and confirm the activity in question from alerts. If you would like to confirm the caller’s identity, you may call the bank at (605) 361-1010.
Cards will be blocked when fraud is confirmed or you cannot be reached and the risk of fraud is high. If your card is blocked, a representative from ONE AMERICAN BANK will call you during our business hours, at which time a new card will be ordered. If you are planning on traveling outside of your normal area, please contact the bank at (605) 361-1010 so we can note your travel plans. Please make the bank has your most current phone numbers at which you can be reached if alerts are placed on your accounts.
